It is our pleasure to announce the preparations for our Fall 2022 Gala have began. The success of the Legacy of Laughter 2019 has been somewhat overshadowed by the many months of isolation precipitated by the pandemic. None of us could have imagined then, just how our lives would change in the intervening months. Now, after nearly three years, it is time again to gather with friends and celebrate our community’s perseverance and resilience.
As co-chairs of the upcoming event, we have a strong dedication to Zarrow Pointe. We have had parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles live in the warm, secure environment that is Zarrow Pointe. Many larger cities have nothing close to the caliber of this special place. It must be preserved for future generations.
This year’s gala will honor Zarrow Pointe’s steadfast supporters, Barbara and the late Dave Sylvan. Barbara and Dave understood the importance of giving to sustain Zarrow Pointe’s Institutional excellence and protect its future. In her honor and his memory, we commit ourselves to this year’s efforts.
Contributions from this Gala will be directed toward three specific entities of our organizations: Miller Hospice, our Palliative Care Program, and Subvention Services program (financial assistance) for our residents who outlive their resources. All these entities deserve our support so that we might provide the highest quality of care for those facing the challenges of diminishing health.
We hope you will take a few minutes to look over the enclosed Sponsorship Opportunities outlining our 2022 charitable event. It will be the highlight of our fundraising year and include entertainment by the nationally known comedy duo, the Solar Brothers. It is our hop that as we put the Pandemic behind us and look forward to a promising future, you will join us in an evening of celebration and support for the ongoing services of Zarrow Pointe.
