Kaiser Health Center is a 24-hour nursing center offering long-term nursing care and short-term, skilled rehabilitation in a compassionate and professionally staffed environment. In addition to activities of daily living, our nursing and wellness staff provide enrichment including physical and cognitive therapies.

As part of Zarrow Pointe, we feel that having the desire to get out of bed in the morning is just as important as one’s ability to do so.

Whether your loved one is transitioning from our assisted living program here on Zarrow Campus, requiring therapy after a hospital stay, or moving directly into long term care, our team is here to support both the resident and family members during this new phase of life.

Our newly-built living areas and renovated rooms offer a more home-like environment for your loved one in our resident neighborhoods. These welcoming surroundings invite closer, more personal connections between staff, residents, and guests.

    – Nutrition Evaluation and Planning

    – Daily Light Housekeeping
    – Weekly Personal and Flat Laundry Services

    Private Room: $380 per day

    Semi Private Room: $280 per day

    State Assessment Fee: $6.70 per day
